Watermelon Punch

Cooling off our weekend with watermelon....

Blend some seedless watermelon chunks with some blueberries, mint leaves, ginger (grated) and juice of half a lime..Wiz the blender…pour and garnish with blueberries and mint leaves and serve chilled…great for a hot summer day!!

The blueberries add a nice purple color to the red water melon…we often make this punch in summer especially if the watermelon is not sweet..!!
