Ingredients: serves 4
Bread : 12 slices
Hard boiled eggs: 3
Onions: 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes: 1 finely chopped
Bell Peppers: 1/2 finely chopped
Cilantro: finely chopped
Mix the onion, tomatoes, bell peppers and cilantro and mix 1/2 tsp chaat masala and 1/4 tsp garam masala.
Finely chop the eggs after you get the shell out and add some salt and pepper to it.
Toast the bread in a toaster, or under a broiler on both sides, butter it. To make a double-decker club, place a toasted bread on a clean surface and spread the boiled egg mix on it. place the second bread slice on top of the first layered bread, spread the onion, tomato, bell pepper and cilantro mix and place the third bread slice on it. Using a serrated knife cut each sandwich, diagonally, into triangular pieces. Repeat entire process with the remaining ingredients to form 3 more sandwiches.
Enjoy with your favorite beverage and chips!!
