Quick Dessert

Summer is that time of the year when I would love to clone myself.... in the yard, at the farmer's mkt, small talk with neighbors, BBQ n tea parties......not to forget picnics, long walks ....flip flops and fire flies.. Not a min to waste, to soak in all the daylight from sunrise to sunset. Of all the things that I love about the summer my favorite is to sit on the deck after sunset and gaze at the stars and watch the world go by..... And not to forget cold yum desserts on warm nights under the moon light...........

you will need 

Apple : skinned and chopped in bite size chunk

Caramel : 1 tbsp

Cinnamon : 1/2 tsp

Whip cream: a generous helping 

Brownies : broken pieces

Assembly 

Mix the caramel, cinnamon and apples, so all the apples are coated in cinnamon and caramel.

Add the bits of brownies at the bottom of the dessert cup followed by the cinnamon-caramel coated apples. Followed by a big swirl of whipped cream and a string of caramel on the top. Enjoy !!
