“I've got nothing to do today but smile.” ― Simon and Garfunkel
Since my laptop has been acting up and am living off a borrowed laptop from almost teen, I could not finish working on the post. So here it is today...
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
5-6 dried red chillies
1/4 tsp asafetida powder
2 tbsp powdered dessicated coconut
salt to taste
water to mix
oil to deep fry
Dry roast the red chili, carom seeds and slightly warm the dessicated coconut. Add asafetida and grind into coarse powder.
Add water and salt and mix into a slightly soft dough.
Fill the dough into the press with a round tip. Pipe the shape to the hot oil, till it fills the surface of oil. Fry till golden brown and crisp.
My yard is full of blooms , couldn't help but share :))) Enjoy, smile and be happy !!
Using coconut is different. Ymmm...
